We provide those services in the form of project outsourcing or rental of our employees and their engagement in the given project for the required period of the customer’s project.
Testing team
In the area of software testing we usually engage our own testing team in the following functions and assigned responsibilities:
- Project manager (PM) – communication with the client on business terms and conditions, signing the documents, execution of agreements, proposing and changing the price for the work, solving possible complaints
- Testing team leader (TL) – resource planning, management of the implementation team, proposals of test sets, guaranteeing the completeness of the test set, communication and solutions of technical troubles with the client’s contact people, elaboration of the received document
- QA-specialist (QA) – testing according to the assignment, collaboration with the proposal of test sets, proposing detailed testing scenarios, solving local technical issues with the client’s team, elaboration of the test documentation
- System administrator (SA) – proposing the testing scenarios for installations of necessary versions, execution of installations, maintenance of the test area
