About C&CMS product

Companies that offer digital satellite and terrestrial broadcasting of TV and radio programs and data transfers are the target group of customers. The C&CMS is an SMS (subscriber management system) type of software that is designated for distribution, management and administration of subscribers and subscriber decoding cards for coded TV broadcasting.

Qualities of the C&CMS

C&CMS stores information on customers and their smart cards and offers tools for their effective administration. The system enables to administrate customer accounts and services ordered by subscribers. The ordered services and products can be immediately activated in real time. Module for invoicing and payments administration offers a view on a customer’s present account statement.

The main task of the Crux’s SMS system is management of subscribers and services that they bought. The C&CMS generates activation requests, which are sent to the authorization system, e.g. Philips Cryptoworks SAS system.

What is the main advantage of the C&CMS

The system is fully localizable in short time; it is available in four language versions (EN, CZ, SK, GE) and it is possible to adapt it to a customer’s requirements. The system is operated over the Oracle database, suitable for continuous operation in real time. The application is fully supported via online HelpDesk.

1. Customer administration

  • Modifying attributes of an existing customer (address, contact data, assigning to a group)
